Ever wondered which words appear most frequently in a book? Which ones are key terms? Our word frequency analysis feature helps you quickly identify the core vocabulary, enhancing reading comprehension and language learning efficiency.
How to Enable
To analyze a book’s vocabulary, follow these steps:
- Open the e-book you want to analyze.
- Tap the
icon in the navigation bar. If this icon is not visible, tap the More button 
on the right. Choose Book Word Freq to analyze the entire book or Chapter Word Freq for the current chapter.
Feature Overview
The word frequency analysis categorizes words into five groups based on the following workflow. It calculates the number of words in each category and their proportion of the total vocabulary.

Additionally, the system tracks words included in your vocabulary list and calculates their proportion, providing insight into vocabulary coverage.

Words found in the dictionary but not yet marked. In this list:- Tap
to mark a word as Known. - Tap
to add it to Learning. - Displays word frequency. Tap the number to view sentences containing the word.
- Words are ranked by frequency, with the most frequent at the top.
- Sort by Frequency, Word, Ranking, Length, or Position for easy management.
